Dee has been following the healthy eating diet plan and exercise routines of the September 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and has lost a total of 6.1kgs plus 25.5cm from all over her body.
I actually really enjoyed doing the September 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge!

My hubby really enjoyed the meals that I made with a few becoming regulars such as the Honey Mustard Chicken and Banana Caramels!
Before starting the challenge, I was a bit worried that I would go hungry or not enjoy the food. I was surprised week after week at the delicious new recipes hitting my kitchen and not once did I go searching for other food or snacks. I was really impressed with the thought that went into the recipe selections for the Challenge and thought they were simple, quick to prepare and so so tasty!
I’m ecstatic with the result I have achieved so far and cannot wait to get cracking on the next Challenge.

This Challenge has really changed how I think and feel about food. It became very easy to resist takeaway meals when I was enjoying so much the food I was preparing at home. On more than one occasion, I would be out with my husband and he’d have McDonald’s for lunch while I’d enjoy a salad or lunch option from the plan. When we went out for dinner, I would enjoy my meal but chose a healthier version and include a glass of water in between each wine.
