I was introduced to Lose Baby Weight when my son was first born, however, with how hectic and stressful life was being a new Mum, I just didn’t give it another thought. Until my son was 4 months old, and I looked at my lifestyle, I was making poor food choices (convenient junk!!) and I had little to no energy and or motivation to do anything.
I was so fit and healthy before falling pregnant, so I felt quite sad to be at this low point. A friend of mine had so much success on Lose Baby Weight that I thought I’d give it a go. I started off with the Healthy Mummy Smoothies and free recipes online, and in September, I decided to join the 28 Day Challenge.
It was the best thing I did! The challenge meal plans had so much variety, and I was so pleased that all the meals were quite quick to prepare and delicious, even hubby approved! 3 challenge rounds in, and I can’t thank Lose Baby Weight enough for all the knowledge I’ve gained to make good food choices, not just for myself, but for my little Mr 1 too.
I’ve recently gotten myself back into competitive soccer, something I loved to play before I fell pregnant. If I had not found Lose Baby Weight when I did, there is no way I would be fit enough or able to run around on the soccer pitch for 90 minutes!
I’m looking forward to being a Motivating Mum in March, I have got a few more kilos to go before I reach my goal weight, but I know that I can get there. I’d love to look and feel fabulous at my next dress fitting, as I am my Sister’s Maid of Honour in just a few months time.
