- 2 Medjool dates
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tsp Decaf Coffee
- 200ml Milk
- 100 ml Water
- Ice
Method
- Combine all of your ingredients into your blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins
- Enjoy
