Today we have a reader recipe for you all to try while following your healthy eating plans that is Dairy Free. This smoothie would also work well with almond milk or coconut water.
Ingredients
- 250 mls Light Chocolate Soy Milk
- 1/2 small banana
- 1-2 tsp instant coffee (can use decaf if preferred
- 4 hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp Healthy Mummy Chocolate Smoothie Mix
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender with lots of ice and blend well for at least 2-3 mins
- Enjoy
