Coconut Lime Green Healthy Mummy Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 300mls coconut water
  • 2 tbsp vanilla healthy mummy smoothie mix
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 tray of ice
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • Juice of 1/4 lime

Method

  • Place all of your ingredients into your blender
  • Blend on high for at least 2-3 mins
  • Poor into a glass/jar and ENJOY!
