Healthy_mummy_smoothieHi Lose Baby Weight, I see so many of the smoothie recipes sent in and I love to try them all so thought I would send one of my favourites in too so other mums can make it.
I am a total chocoholic and am also a bit of a caffeine lover but as I am breastfeeding I steer clear of the 4 coffees a day I used to have an instead kick the day off with this Coffee Chocolate Madness Smoothie that satisfies my chocolate and coffee cravings and keeps me feeling full for a few hours.

Coffee & Chocolate Madness
  • 2 x tbsp of Chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • 200ml of chocolate light soy milk
  • 2 x shakes of cinnamon powder
  • Half a banana
  • 1 x tbsp of decaffeinated coffee
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 x tbsp of oatmeal

Blend for 2 minutes and slurp! – if it’s cold where you are ditch the ice and after the smoothie is blended heat it up in the microwave for a hot smoothie!
