These Chocolate Quinoa Protein Balls make the perfect post workout snack as they are packed full of protein.

  • 1tbs cocao powder (make sure there is no lumps)
  • 1tbps coconut oil
  • 2tbps honey
  • 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1/2 cup almond meal

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until well combined.
  • Roll mix into 12 balls
  • Set in the fridge or freezer

Makes 12 balls approx, 80 calories each ball
