But the good – and even excellent news – is that you can have your coffee and chocolate fix as part of our YUMMY Healthy Mummy Smoothies and we have now put together a delicious recipe for a coffee, chocolate and cinnamon smoothie that will satisfy your tastebuds, your hunger levels and give your body lots of great nutrition!
Choc Mocha recipe
- 1 x banana
- 1 x tbsp of decaffeinated coffee
- 2 x tbsp of Healthy Mummy Chocolate smoothie mix
- 3-4 shakes of ground cinnamon
- 200 – 250 ml of lite milk – or to make it extra chocolately use a soy choc milk – we like Soy Good
Pop in a blender and blend away!
