Chocolate Fruit And Nut Slice
Ingredients
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- ¼ cup walnuts – roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil – melted
- 2 tablespoons cacao (can use cocoa)
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
Method
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well to combine.
- Spoon into a baking tray/loaf pan lined with baking paper.
- Pop in the fridge/freezer to set.
- Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy
- Keep stored in fridge or freezer.
Recipe makes 12 serves, 116 calories per serve.
