So today I knew lunch better be filling & chocolatey so I made this tasty healthy mummy smoothie! This recipe might not be on the lower end of the calories (approx 360 cals) but it was better than being tempted later on!!
And it worked – yay!

Chcocolate brownie
Rich Chocolate Brownie Ingredients

  • 250ml Chocolate soy milk
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 desert spoons oats
  • 1 tsp almond butter
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 x tbsp Chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie
  • Ice

Blend for 2-3 minutes then enjoy!
