This is a delicious and easy to prepare chilled chocolate pudding. Make ahead of time to enjoy when needed.
Ingredients (Makes 1 serve)
- 1/2 avocado (60 grams)
- 2 teaspoons almond butter (8 grams)
- 1 teaspoon cacao/cocoa powder (2 grams)
- 3 teaspoons reduced-fat milk of choice (15 mls)
- 1/2 teaspoon Natvia (0.5 grams)
Method
- Place avocado and almond butter into a blender and combine until smooth.
- Add cacao/cocoa powder and Natvia and pulse to combine. Add milk a small bit at a time until pudding mix is smooth.
- Place in a serving dish and refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
