We LOVE chocolate and we love it even more when our recipe team come up with a healthy recipe for a chocolate pudding!

This is a delicious and easy to prepare chilled chocolate pudding. Make ahead of time to enjoy when needed.  

Ingredients (Makes 1 serve)

    • 1/2 avocado (60 grams)
    • 2 teaspoons almond butter (8 grams)
    • panel1 teaspoon cacao/cocoa powder (2 grams)
    • 3 teaspoons reduced-fat milk of choice (15 mls)
    • 1/2 teaspoon Natvia (0.5 grams)


  • Place avocado and almond butter into a blender and combine until smooth.
  • Add cacao/cocoa powder and Natvia and pulse to combine. Add milk a small bit at a time until pudding mix is smooth.
  • Place in a serving dish and refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
