Of all our bliss ball recipes this has got to be one of our favourites. If you’re following a healthy eating plan then you have got to add this recipe into your meal plan. These delicious little choc vanilla bliss balls taste just like raw cookie dough and at only 61 calories each they’re hard to stop at just one.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup pepitas
- 4 medjool dates (pitted)
- 2 tablespoon water
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 40 grams chocolate (chopped finely)
Method
- Blitz oats, coconut, cashews and pepitas until crumbly
- Add dates, water, maple syrup and vanilla and blitz until well combined
- Roll into balls then roll in crushed chocolate
- Pop in fridge or freezer to set.
- Can be stored in fridge or freezer
Recipe makes 14 balls at 61 calories each.
