I’ve lost 5.7kg in 6 weeks and dropped a dress size, gained more confidence and am feeling better in myself.
I’ve never stuck to anything before but I find the Lose Baby Weight healthy eating recipes so delicious and satisfying. It’s a lifestyle change for my family and myself.
It’s also helping me improve my health as I suffer from a bad pelvis that needs surgery and have arthritis.
