Lose Baby Weight- healthy smoothie



  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tsp coffee
  • 2 tbsp vanilla healthy mummy mix
  • Lots of ice

Caramel Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup


  • Blend all smoothie ingredients in a blender for 2-3 minutes until well combined.
  • While your smoothie is blending make your caramel sauce by mixing the listed ingredients togehter.
  • Poor smoothie into your glass and top with your caramel sauce.
  • Enjoy!
