Ingredients
Smoothie
- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp coffee
- 2 tbsp vanilla healthy mummy mix
- Lots of ice
Caramel Sauce
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
Method
- Blend all smoothie ingredients in a blender for 2-3 minutes until well combined.
- While your smoothie is blending make your caramel sauce by mixing the listed ingredients togehter.
- Poor smoothie into your glass and top with your caramel sauce.
- Enjoy!
