Ingredients:
- 250 mL cooled Camomile tea
- 1 Apple
- 2 x Tb Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- Ice Cubes
Blend the apples slightly then add the remaining ingredients and blend for a couple of minutes until smooth.
