We have been doing the challenges and smoothies for around 8 months, in this time Stefanie has lost 4kg* and Brooke 49kg*.

There is also so many motivation and encouragement available on the Facebook page. It is great to see so many inspirational women and great success stories. You can also make new online friends through this supportive group just like we have.
And we love that no matter where you are on your journey you are accepted and praised for your efforts.
We have gotten to know each other from the start of our journey until now and are always so proud of each other’s achievements.
We also completed the 3 day cleanse together, helping to kick-start our metabolism and break our plateaus. It is nice that when the other is having a difficult time we can be there, and either offer support or just a listening ear.

There are so many brilliant reasons to buddy up with someone, a few of these are:

We have made so many lifestyle changes since joining the Lose Baby Weight program. Learning about healthy eating, the importance of physical activity and how to be positive role models for our children.
