Honey Berry Smoothie (thanks to Mel Norris)
“Hi Rhian, I just received my first batch of Healthy Mummy Smoothies in the mail and thought I’d kick it off with an experiment recipe and YUM!
I had been trialling the smoothie recipes from others using another diet shake powder that I had in the cupboard, but it just doesn’t compare to the Lose Baby Weight smoothie.
The pear in this one adds some freshness so it’s not overly sweet with the berries. I call it the Honey Berry Smoothie:
- 2 Tbs Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Powder
- 1 tsp Raw Honey
- 3 Strawberries
- 3 Tbs Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 a Pear
- 1 Tbs LSA (optional, but I love the nutty flavour)
- 200mL Skim Milk
Whiz it up and enjoy! Kind regards, Mel
