“Hi Lose Baby Weight, here is my recipe for one of my favourite healthy mummy smoothies. I love the versatility of the smoothies and am loving creating new smoothie recipes every day. I have also lost 5kg in 6 weeks so thank you for a fantastic plan.
- 1/4 cup of frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1/4 frozen banana (makes it really creamy)
- 2 x tbsp of vanilla healthy mummy smoothie
- 1 x tbsp of oats
- 250ml of almond milk
- 3 ice cubes
Blend for a few minutes and get your straws ready for a taste sensation!
