- 1/2 frozen banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp linseed meal
- 2 tbsp oat bran
- 2 tbsp vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened orange juice
- 200 mls unsweetened almond milk
- (If you use fresh fruit instead of frozen, add in a few ice cubes).
- Blend at high speed until well combined.
