This is a really popular flavour combination and very tasty. It is also light but filling – and packed full of goodness!
Ingredients
- 200ml low fat milk
- 2tbs Healthy Mummy vanilla smoothie
- 1tbs shredded coconut
- 1tsp honey
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- 6 ice blocks (optional)
