Ingredients

  • 200ml low fat milk
  • 2tbs Healthy Mummy vanilla smoothie
  • 1tbs shredded coconut
  • 1tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 6 ice blocks (optional)
