A really easy and tasty smoothie recipe to make is a Black Forest Gateaux recipe that gives you all the cherry and chocolate taste without the calories, fat and sugar – and it can be made in under 2 minutes!
Give it a go today – it will have approx 22 of protein in (10g from the smoothie mix then the rest made up from the milk and yoghurt) plus 6 g of fibre and over 25 vitamins and minerals in.
Black Forest Gateau Smoothie
- 1 x cup of frozen pitted cherries
- 2 x tbsp of Healthy Mummy Chocolate smoothie mix
- 200ml of low fat milk
- 2 x tbsp of greek yoghurt
Blend in a blender and enjoy
