Hi Lose Baby Weight, here is my pregnancy weight loss story after I have been following the Lose Baby Weight pregnancy weight loss plans.
Throughout my pregnancy I didn’t start to put on weight until the end and put on about 15kg.
I expected to put on more so it was a nice surprise!
As I did not breastfeed for long I found I ended up putting on weight after having my baby which made me feel horrible about myself, as I was trying to enjoy my new baby girls life.
I found Lose Baby Weight on Facebook and read all the Mum’s stories and got really excited.
As soon as my Healthy Mummy Smoothies arrived in the mail I started my new healthy lifestyle that day.

I have now been on the Lose Baby Weight Plan for 6 weeks and in the 6 weeks I lost 8kg! I couldn’t believe it, I was so proud the hard work payed off, reading the stories definitely helped with inspiration 🙂
