Hi Lose Baby Weight, here is my favourite healthy mummy smoothie recipe to enter in the weekly smoothie competition
Berrylicious Breakfast
Before starting the healthy mummy smoothies, I liked strawberry up and go’s, but they were never very filling. Here is my healthy and nutrtious version of an up and go. This is my favourite Breakfast.
- 200mls of skim milk
- 1/2 a cup of frozen berries (I use McCain ‘Seasons Choice 4 berry mix)
- 1 Vita Brit
- 4 cubes of ice
- 2 tablespoons of Strawberry Healthy Mummy smoothie powder
Whizz in blender and Enjoy!
My little man also loves the taste of this smoothie and and I have to share a spoonful or two with him 🙂
