I really need my caffeine fix in the morning but don’t have time to have a smoothie and cuppa so I’ve come up with my own solution…. The Berry Mocha Rocka..
You can use decaff but I need the caffeine and my “baby” is now 2 so not breastfeeding.

  • 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp. coffee (I use Moccona, nice and strong)
  • Ice Cubes (5 or 6)
  • 1 cup Lite Soy Milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Chocolate Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix

Blend well and enjoy!
