  • 2 tbsp. Strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • 3 strawberries
  • 2 x tbsp of blueberries
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 3 tbsps Greek natural yogurt
  • 250ml low fat milk

Blend for 2-3 minutes
