Here’s another fantastic healthy eating smoothie sent in by a fabulous mum on the Lose Baby Weight plans – thanks Bianca!
Hello, Firstly I would just like to say I am loving my Healthy Mummy Smoothies…thinking of new and interesting ingredients to add to them each day is fun!!!
So here’s one i made today, and i thought it was just yummy!!!
Berry Heavenly Infusion Smoothie
- 1 Tbsp vanilla healthy mummy smoothie mix
- 1 Tbsp strawberry healthy mummy smoothie mix
- 1 cup lite/skim milk
- 2 Tbsp natural Yoghurt
- 1 squeeze honey
- 3/4 cup hot water (add lipton cranberry, strawberry and raspberry teabag) add to smoothie when cooled down.
- 2 iceblocks
Add all ingredients and then BLEND and ENJOY!!!
I would also like to add I never leave out natural yoghurt in my smoothies as i believe it acts as my daily probiotic!!!
