I love berries! They are full of antioxidants, nutrients and fibre – plus they taste great!
And when they are in season you can get great deals on them and one of the best things I love to do in or out of berry season is to buy frozen berries as they keep so well, are great value and are perfect for adding into your Lose Baby Weight Smoothies.
Below is one of my favourite recipes to make – a berry bang smoothie – so tasty you won’t believe it is so good for you.
Berry Bang Smoothie
- 3/4 cup of frozen raspberries
- 4 fresh strawberries
- 1 x tbsp of fresh ginger
- 1 x handful of spinach leaves
- 2 x tbsp of The Healthy Mummy Berry Smoothie mix
- 200ml of low fat milk
Blend and enjoy!
