I had such an amazing experience doing the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge.
The food was amazing (I especially loved the blueberry pancakes and the chilli con carne!).
The support in the Facebook Healthy Mummy & Lose Baby Weight Private Support Group was awesome. Everyone working together and sharing food photos and progress pics! It was great to be doing the challenge alongside others. It really helps keep you on track!
I lost 4kg through the challenge and gained a collection of new family favourite recipes! I had so much fun with the exercise too. So glad its all planned out for me each day. I’m already looking forward to the next challenge.
Being a Motivating Mummy was also an amazing experience. I really loved the drive of sharing my journey with the other Lose Baby Weight fans!
