Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder
  • 10g processed bran
  • 25g beetroot
  • 50g frozen raspberries
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tbsp fat free natural Greek yoghurt
  • 10 almonds
  • 250ml water
  • 5 ice cubes

Method

  • Place all ingredients into your blender
  • Blend on high for 2-3 mins
  • Enjoy
