Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie powder
- 10g processed bran
- 25g beetroot
- 50g frozen raspberries
- 1 small banana
- 1 tbsp fat free natural Greek yoghurt
- 10 almonds
- 250ml water
- 5 ice cubes
Method
- Place all ingredients into your blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins
- Enjoy
