Hi Lose Baby Weight Team! I just wanted to send in one of my current favourite Healthy Mummy Smoothies recipes that I have been enjoying on the Lose Baby Weight pregnancy weight loss plans. I call it the Banananut Smoothie.

Banananut Smoothie
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cucumber (I use this in all my smoothies instead of ice, so yum!)
  • 1 tablespoon almond meal
  • 2 tablespoon Healthy Mummy vanilla smoothie mix
  • Dash vanilla essence
  • Few good shakes of nutmeg
  • Drizzle honey
  • A glass of Skim milk
  • (add water if you don’t like them thick)
