I came up with this great tasting smoothie to use up bananas, chia seeds and strawberries that were nearing being tossed out. And it’s yum!
- 1/2 cup ice water
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 banana
- 5 strawberries
- 1 tsp LBW white chia seeds
- 2 tbl LBW strawberry healthy mummy smoothie powder
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
