Hi Lose Baby Weight
I came up with this great tasting smoothie to use up bananas, chia seeds and strawberries that were nearing being tossed out. And it’s yum!
Chia Berry Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup ice water
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 banana
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 tsp LBW white chia seeds
  • 2 tbl LBW strawberry healthy mummy smoothie powder

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
