Hi Lose Baby Weight, I made this Banana Paddlepop Healthy Mummy Smoothie for the first time yesterday after feeling like trying a new smoothie recipe.
This looks, tastes and has a similar texture to the lovely ice cream treat. But it’s good for you!
Ingredients:
- 2 x tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 1/3 of a banana
- 1/4 cup diced frozen mango
- 2ml banana essence (I bought this from an Asian grocery store)
- 5 + ice cubes
- 1 x cup skim milk
Blend and enjoy
