Hi Lose Baby Weight, I made this Banana Paddlepop Healthy Mummy Smoothie for the first time yesterday after feeling like trying a new smoothie recipe.
This looks, tastes and has a similar texture to the lovely ice cream treat. But it’s good for you!

Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 x tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • 1/3 of a banana
  • 1/4 cup diced frozen mango
  • 2ml banana essence (I bought this from an Asian grocery store)
  • 5 + ice cubes
  • 1 x cup skim milk

Blend and enjoy
