Ingredients:
- 250ml low fat milk
- 1 tbsp oats
- 2 tbsp of Strawberry Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 7 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp LSA
- 8 hazelnuts
Method:
- Blend at high speed until well combined.
- This could take a few minutes due to the ingredients.
