- 250ml coconut water
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 2tbsp vanilla healthy mummy mix
- 1tbsp almond butter
- Lots of ice
Optional Extra: Add 1 large handful of baby spinach for extra iron!
- Place all ingredients in your blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins
- Top with crushed nuts (optional)
