Here is a delicious and healthy eating recipe sent in by Leanne Boston – this is called “Banana Kiwi Blitz”

  • 1 tablespoons of the healthy mummy vanilla mix
  • 1 tablespoon of oats
  • Half a banana
  • Half a kiwi fruit
  • 200mls of low fat milk
  • And crushed ice for a extra chill  blend altogether and enjoy yummy!!!

Blend for 2-3 mins and enjoy
