Sweet treats don’t need to be a no no when you are following the Lose Baby Weight pregnancy weight loss plans.
And below you can see a really easy recipe for home made banana ice cream that your whole family can enjoy – guilt free!
Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe bananas
  • 4 tbsp. milk
  • 1-2 tbsp. light peanut butter

Directions

  1. Peel and chunk the bananas. Place onto a baking tray and freeze for one hour or until frozen.
  2. Place the banana into a blender with the milk and blitz until you get a creamy texture. Add the peanut butter and whiz until smooth. Divide between 4 bowls.

If you prefer, omit the peanut butter and try adding honey, dark chocolate or almond butter instead.
Recipe serves 4. Calories per serving: 144, fat per serving: 4g.
