Ingredients

  • Brewed Chai Tea in 50mls water
  • 2 tbs oats
  • 1/2 large banana or 1 small
  • Almond milk
  • 2 x tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie
  • 1/4 tsp mixed spice (or cinnamon)
  • Ice

Blend for 2-3 minutes
