Banana Berry Breakfast Boost
- 1 cup of skim/rice milk
- Handful of blueberries
- Handful of raspberries
- 2 tablespoons of chocolate healthy mummy smoothie mix
- 1 weetbix
- Lots of ice (sometimes I have to add a bit of water as it gets a bit thick in the blender)
- half a banana
It’s a great way to start the day and I feel I can take on the world after drinking this
