Banana Berry Breakfast Boost
  • 1 cup of skim/rice milk
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate healthy mummy smoothie mix
  • 1 weetbix
  • Lots of ice (sometimes I have to add a bit of water as it gets a bit thick in the blender)
  • half a banana

It’s a great way to start the day and I feel I can take on the world after drinking this
