And it is packed with goodness so you are full of energy and feel great!

  • 1/4 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 of a banana
  • 1-2 strawberries
  • 250ml of low fat milk
  • Handful of spinach
  • 2 x tbsp of Healthy Mummy smoothie – any flavour but we used strawberry in this one

Blend for 2-3 mins and enjoy!
