This healthy mummy smoothie picture and recipe was sent in by Robyn Parkinson and this is one of our absolute favourite and easiest smoothie recipes to make.
And it is packed with goodness so you are full of energy and feel great!
- 1/4 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/4 of a banana
- 1-2 strawberries
- 250ml of low fat milk
- Handful of spinach
- 2 x tbsp of Healthy Mummy smoothie – any flavour but we used strawberry in this one
Blend for 2-3 mins and enjoy!
