“Hi there! I’ve been on the Healthy Mummy Smoothies and Lose Baby Weight pregnancy weight loss plans now for a week.
I love how tasty the smoothies are are and how full it keeps me. I’ve tried other shake based products but usually it was just milk and the powder- not very filling indeed!
Anyway, this morning I came up with my own recipe inspired by my kids breakfast! My little ones couldn’t eat anymore of their weet-bix and I didn’t want to waste it so I threw it in my smoothie. It was amazing!! I’d love to share my recipe and I hope others like it too 🙂
Banana & Weetbix Smoothie
- 200 mls milk (I use soy or almond)
- 2 tbs Choc Healthy Mummy Smoothie
- 1 medium banana
- 1 brick of Kids Weet-bix crushed
- 5 ice cubes
- Pinch of cinnamon
Put the milk and Weet-bix into the blender and allow the Weet-bix to get mushy. Add the rest of the ingredients, blend and enjoy!!
I’ve had this again this morning and I can’t wait to have it again in the morning 🙂
