Ingredients
- 1 tsp maple syrup (1/2 tsp per banana roll)
- 1 medium/large banana
- 2 pieces of rice paper roll
- 20grams dark chocolate
- Cooking spray
Method
- Turn oven on to 240deg Celsius, fill a large bowl with warm water and cut your banana in half.
- Wet each Spring roll wrapper in the warm water each side quickly then place onto a clean tea towel to soften and become flexible. Measure out maple syrup and coat both sides of banana liberally, including the ends.
- Roll one banana half in each rice paper roll. Place on one end, roll paper tightly over it, fold in sides and then roll into a log. Do this with both bananas so both are rolled in their own rice paper.
- Spray a baking tray with a very light amount of oil, place your rolls on it and bake for approx 20 mins before turning and baking for a further 15mins. Bake until a beautiful golden colour.
- Using tongs, Once cooked place rolls onto a piece of baking paper.
- Melt dark chocolate in 20 second intervals until melted. Place rolls and choc together and enjoy while warm! YUM!!
