With Australia Day just a few weeks away, I’ve created a Healthy Mummy smoothie with a patriotic twist to it.

‘The Pavlova’

Ingredients:

  • 1 and a half kiwifruits, cut into slices and frozen
  • 1 small mango
  • A small handful of frozen berries of your choice (I used raspberries and blueberries)
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
  • 200ml of milk of your choice

Blend and enjoy… Cheers!
