I have lost 8 kilos during the two 28 Day Weight Loss Challenges I’ve done thus far.
My favourite things about the 28 Day Challenges are having a healthy eating meal plan that is easy to change to suit my family’s needs and that so many of the meals are so quick and easy to make once I get home from work.
I love that I’m fuelling my body in the right way and that I have so many options to provide treats for all of us without feeling guilty or like I’ve let myself down.

Joining the 28 Day Challenges has given me a better attitude towards weight loss because I don’t feel like I’m restricting myself from anything.
The exercises are easy to fit in to your day and are enjoyable to do! And having the Facebook support group has been wonderful to keep me motivated as everyone really is supportive and encouraging.
