Ingredients
- 1 slice of wholemeal bread, chopped up in chunks
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1tbsp pure maple syrup
- cinnamon
- 1tbsp dark Choc chips
Method
- In a mug whisk together the egg, milk, maple syrup and cinnamon. (You could blitz it quickly in a blender to make sure the egg is mixed completely)
- once the wet mixture is well combined then add chunks of bread, let it sit in the mixture for 1 min then top with your choc chips.
- you will be microwaving it for 2minutes. But you need to do 30seconds, then wait for 10seconds, then another 30seconds and so on, other wise you’ll have the mixture explode in the microwave.
- serve with an extra shake of cinnamon and a little maple syrup and enjoy.
