I never thought I would get the opportunity to be a Motivating Mum again! But the last few months my life has been crazy busy, caring for my three young boys plus I’ve also begun studying for my Diploma in Nursing.
So the focus on my health stopped (big no no) and I have gained 5kg. I’m not surprised nor upset, life happens and sometimes it’s hard to get the balance right.
But enough is enough and I’m back as one of your Motivating Mums for September and I’m going to re lose those pesky 5kg.
I will be exercising regularly again, eating healthier and drinking my Healthy Mummy Smoothies.
This time last year I was a Motivating Mum for the very first time! And here I am doing it all over again.
I’ve already lost 21kg using the 28 day challenges
The September Metabolism boosting challenge looks amazing and is exactly what I need to start shifting weight again.

My aim is 2kg with the challenge, bonus if I lose 3kg. I’m in absolutely no rush tho to lose any of the weight, it will happen in time and I’m going to enjoy every minute of it.
As I sit here typing this I have children crying, packet of cookies being swung in my face by my 2yo, dishes to be done, washing to be folded……. In other words complete chaos lol I could use all this as excuses not to focus on me, but it’s only the opposite.
I need to be the 100% complete best version of me so I can be the best version for my children.
Looking after myself gives me more energy, more energy to do housework, to exercise.
So let’s do this….. Smash our goals together, and be the best version we can be.
