Hi Ladies!
My name is Ashlee and I’m one of your Motivating Mums for May!!!! I’m so incredibly excited to be Motivating you this month!
I started with Lose Baby Weight in July two years ago (when the very first 28 day Challenge started) and I have been doing them ever since!
I started at 80kg, a year after my third son was born. My current weight is 64kg.
Along my journey I have realised that my focus is shifting more on the feeling of being healthy rather than the amount of weight I’ve lost. I’m so proud of how far I come, my whole mindset has changed.
I’m this happy person who can walk with her head held high, no longer looking at the ground avoiding having to look at others because I was so embarrassed of who I had become. More importantly I can play with my children, creating happy memories with them.
The 28 Day Challenges has taught me to fuel my body with healthy foods and shown me that it doesn’t have to take long to prepare a healthy nutritious food for all the family to enjoy.
Also a favourite of mine are The Healthy Mummy Smoothies, great for us time poor mums ha! With so much versatility and so many, endless flavour combinations – what more could I ask for?
May is the time ladies, for us to smash our goals, and focus on being the healthiest when can be. We will support each other, motivate each other and know that we are all in this together. Let’s do this!!
