I love apples and thought apple pie in a cup would be just divine. So here is my recipe for apple pie smoothie. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!’

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
  • 1 x Pink Lady apple
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup natural Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup of skim milk

Method:

  • Blend at high speed until well combined.
  • Enjoy!
