Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie mix
- 1 x Pink Lady apple
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup natural Greek yogurt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup of skim milk
Method:
- Blend at high speed until well combined.
- Enjoy!
