Ingredients
- 300 mls coconut water
- 2 tbsp Vanilla Healthy Mummy Smoothie Mix
- 1/2 lime-juiced
- 1/4 apple
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1/2 cup kale
- 1tbsp chia seeds
- LOTS of ice!
Method
- Place all your ingredients into your blender
- Blend on high for 2-3 mins
- Enjoy
