We love this delicious and healthy eating smoothie recipe sent in from Robyn that is a great one to have as a warm smoothie this winter and is extra decadent smoothie too using custard as an ingredient!
- Cored apple cooked in microwave for 1.5 mins – chopped and put in freezer to cool.
- Custard made with 2 x tbsp vanilla healthy mummy smoothy mix instead of sugar and allowed to cool slightly.
- Put 1/4 cup custard, apple, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla essence and a tsp honey in blender
- Blend for 2-3 minutes
