Once of our fabulous Motivating Mums, Alexandra Hudson, has created a new twist on the BLISS BALL using our Healthy Mummy Smoothie and it is so DELICIOUS we just had to share it. Especially as it’s Anzac Day on Monday.
Ingredients:
- 2tbl of healthy mummy smoothie mix- vanilla
- 3 tbl oats
- 2.5 tbl put maple syurp
- 1tb coconut shredded
- 2tb coconut meal
- 1/2 tbl coconut oil
- 1tsp vanilla essence
- Water
Method:
Mix in all dry ingredients, then add the wet to the dry mixture. Slowly add water until the mixture holds and you can roll it in your hand, then if you wish you can add some desiccated coconut to roll the balls in.
Makes 6 balls at approx 20g per ball, 75 calories each
